PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. Due to the nature of printmaking there may be slight variations in each print.

The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.

PAYMENT: Payment is taken through PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal or Stripe account to purchase; you can use the PayPal or Stripe service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Your print/s will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent tracked by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

SHIPPING: The shipping costs for UK are automatically calculated once a painting has been added to the basket. For all other countries please contact me by email to discuss shipping.

Europe - (April 2022) Sadly I have temporarily suspended shipping to EU countries as its unclear what extra charges will be made to customers and I don’t want you to have unexpected fees for VAT, customs or handling charges. Hopefully this is short term but please contact me if you see something you would like.

RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your new artwork so if a print is not as you expect you have 7 days to contact me at jacquidoddsprintmaker@gmail.com and request a refund.

Once a return has been agreed you are responsible for packing and arranging a return delivery within 14 days. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product sent outside of the UK.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive work that has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph of the damage.
